We work with your team to define server resources, equipment access, ERP interfaces, user permissions, and the administration model. Backup, recovery, monitoring, and update responsibilities are established alongside your IT team and production requirements.

For sites with restricted external connectivity, we plan the components and dependencies that must be available locally. Software delivery, maintenance access, and updates need an agreed process so that supporting the platform respects the boundaries of your environment.
